Lessons & Classes

Currently offering in-home and online private and small group lessons in voice, acting, monologues, audition coaching, piano, ukulele, guitar, music theory, and general music

Each lesson is catered to the individual student. With younger and beginning students, the focus is on appreciation of the instrument and building the foundation for fundamental technical skills through a hybrid of classical and modern repertoire and styles. Adult and continuing students rise to meet new challenges, increase repertoire, audition, perform, and practice mindfulness through music.

A lesson typically begins with a warm-up designed to hone in on specific technical skills, based on the student's individual goals and/or repertoire. Using the desired repertoire, we work together to explore your instrument and develop your skills and confidence over time. With all instruments including voice, a music theory component coincides with lessons.

Coachings

Acting, musical theatre, and monologue coachings are available for students and performers wishing to polish a specific piece or skill for a short-term goal. Coachings are typically an hour and are a helpful way to get professional feedback and refine your current toolbox.
